PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tug boat having a crane mechanism with a boom erected at a predetermined angle which can solve troubles with provision of the crane mechanism. SOLUTION: In the tug boat having the crane mechanism with the boom erected at the predetermined angle, the boom is collapsible by turnably and pivotably attaching a base end of the boom to a deck, and the boom is collapsed along the deck. An upper edge of the collapsed boom is located below an upper edge of a bulwark. The base end of the boom is pivotably attached in a vicinity of a bow, and when the boom is collapsed and stored, the boom is collapsed along a deck in a bow part. A winch of the crane mechanism is arranged in a winch storage recessed part which is recessed in the deck of the bow part in a vicinity of a tip of the collapsed boom.
