PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving damping performance in a working tool while avoiding changes in an exterior shape of a main body portion in the working tool. SOLUTION: The working tool comprises the main body portion 103, a cylinder 129 stored in the main body portion 103, a hammer 131 linearly moving through pressure change in the cylinder, and a tool bit 119 carrying out predetermined processing work through hammering force by the hammer 131. A counter weight 231 is disposed between the main body portion and an outer periphery of the cylinder, and the counter weight is made to linearly move according to generation timing of impact force at the time of processing work, thereby damping the impact force.
