PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle dough cutter suitable for thinly cutting noodle dough. SOLUTION: Grooves 11 extending in the circumferential direction of a rolling pin 1 are provided on the surface of the rolling pin 1, wherein the grooves 11 of at least a part of the region of the surface are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the rolling pin at a predetermined space. The noodle dough cutter comprising plural wires (such as piano wires) stretched to extend in a predetermined plane and along a predetermined direction is provided together with the rolling pin 1. When the noodle dough is set on the wires and pushed with the rolling pin 1, the noodle dough staying between wires is pressed downward by projections 12 of the rolling pin and the dough is cut and fallen and raw noodles are obtained thereby.
