The invention relates to thermoplastic compositions for producing a film or at least one layer of a multi-layer complex which exhibits a soft-touch impression comprising a mixture of an olefinic or styrenic polymer, in particular polyethylene or polystyrene and characterised in that said compositions comprise the mixture of an ethylene and alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer with said polymer in a quantity ranging from 1 to 50 % by weight of said compositions. Said invention is advantageously used for producing Extrusion-formed multi-layer materials comprising, in particular an external layer made of said compositions. Said multi-layer materials are used for producing thermoshaped package articles or containers, in particular for milk products, exhibiting improved soft-touch characteristics.
