<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reception sensitivity by preventing magnetic flux from being lost by an eddy current that is generated in a conductive component, such as an electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: A soft magnetic material 23 is provided between an antenna coil 21 of a wireless module 4 disposed in a peripheral part on a lower surface side of watch glass 2 and a liquid crystal display panel 9 disposed on a lower side of the antenna coil 21. Therefore, if magnetic flux is generated in the antenna coil 21 during communication using the wireless module 4, the magnetic flux can be prevented by the soft magnetic material 23 from being lost by generating an eddy current in a conductive component, such as an electronic component incorporated in a watch case 1, so that reception sensitivity can be improved. Furthermore, the antenna coil 21 is disposed in the peripheral part on the lower surface of the watch glass 2, so that the antenna coil 21 can be located closer to an outer surface of the watch case 1.
