METHOD FOR PRODUCING ORGANIC COMPOUND USING CATALYST FORMED BY FIXING METAL COMPLEX ON SILICON CARRIER SURFACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a catalyst enabling precise design at molecular level, stable under various reaction conditions, exhibiting high activity compared with conventional technology and having excellent recovering and reusing properties and provide a method for producing an organic compound in high efficiency by using the catalyst.

SOLUTION: An organic compound is produced by using a catalyst formed by fixing a metal complex on the surface of a silicon carrier through a stable chemical bond. Preferable example of the catalyst is formed by fixing a metal complex with a bisoxazoline ligand to a silicone carrier surface by the hydrosilylation of a hydrogen-terminated silicon surface with an alkene.
