<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate incorporation of a roller irrespective of the level of skill of an operator, thereby improving the working efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A roller incorporating tool 10 for incorporating the roller 14 in a pocket section 13 of a machined cage 12 externally fitted on an inner ring 11 of a roller bearing, includes: a main body 16 having an engagement portion 15 which engages with a lower end of the inner ring 11; an actuator 19 attached to the main body 16 on an upper end side of the inner ring 11 and having a rod 18 telescopically driven in the axial direction of the inner ring 11; and a movable piece 20 rotatably attached to a top end of the rod 18 so as to be inserted between the inner ring 11 and a pillar portion 21 of the cage 12. By extending the rod 18 of the actuator 19 toward the inner ring 11 in the state of insertion, the movable piece 20 swings around a fulcrum, i.e., an edge of an upper-end side cone front face rib of the inner ring 11 so as to push the cage 12 radially outwardly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
