PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of incapability of maintaining favorable seal performance for a long time, or maintaining excellent reliability or durability due to deterioration of seal members resulting from use of a rolling bearing for a fan coupling enclosing grease containing urea compound in high temperature. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing for a fan coupling comprises an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of rolling elements provided between the inner ring and the outer ring, and the seal members provided at both axial end opening parts of the inner ring and the outer ring for sealing the urea-based grease around the rolling elements. The seal member for sealing the grease comprises a rubber mold that gets in contact with the grease at least. The rubber mold comprises a mold of fluororubber composition that is vulcanizable including tetrafluoroethylene, propylene, and crosslinkable monomer comprising unsaturated hydrocarbon having 2 to 4 carbon atoms in which part of hydrogen atoms are substituted with fluorine atoms.
