PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement system and a measurement method of an ultrasonic flow rate, usage of an ultrasonic flowmeter, and a calibration method of a flow measurement value by the ultrasonic flowmeter, which enable accurate and precise measurement of the condensation and feedwater of a nuclear power plant. SOLUTION: The measurement system 20 of the ultrasonic flow rate comprises a reflector feed mechanism 21 for feeding reflectors to at least one of the feedwater 25a and condensation 25b of the nuclear power plant 23, and the ultrasonic flowmeter 22 that irradiates the reflectors with an ultrasonic pulse, to receive reflected ultrasonic echoes and then determine at least one of the flow rates of the feedwater 25a and condensation 25b with the distribution of flow rates.
