PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict performance deterioration of a heat exchanger, caused by a clogging of a fin. SOLUTION: This cooling system is equipped with the heat exchanger 12 which is provided in the construction machine, a first temperature detecting means 5 for detecting a temperature T5 on the periphery of the construction machine, a second temperature detecting means 6 for detecting a temperature T6 of a cooling medium on the entrance side or exit side of the heat exchanger 12, and a judgment means 20 for outputting the result of the judgment when a temperature difference (T6-T5) between the temperature T5 detected by the means 5 and the temperature T6 detected by the means 6 is judged to exceed a preset threshold value Ta.
