PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "building information display apparatus" applicable to an on-vehicle navigation system and enabling a user to easily find a desired shop, corporation, or the like (a tenant) out of a plurality of buildings. SOLUTION: A control section displays a map on a display section according to the map data read from an HDD. After this, when a prescribed operation is carried out, the control section reads facility data of a shopping building displayed on the map from the HDD, and displays the name or the icon of the tenant (a shop) in each shopping building superposed on the building on the map.
