PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated metal sheet for a can excellent in retort whitening resistance and also excellent in film characteristics such as can making processability, impact resistance or the like. SOLUTION: A lower resin layer with a predetermined thickness comprising polybutyrene terephthalate or a polyester resin wherein the ratio of polybutyrene terephthalate is 90 mass% or above is formed in contact with the surface of a metal sheet and an upper resin layer with a predetermined thickness, which comprises a resin blend prepared by blending polyolefin with a polyester being a main component so that the ratio of the polyolefin is 2-30 mass%, is formed on the lower resin layer.
