DEVICE FOR APPLYING BIOMIMETIC COATING ON MEDICAL IMPLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved device capable of applying a variation-free uniform coating on an implant.

SOLUTION: The device for applying a biomimetic coating on a product for implant includes an external reactor containing a biomimetic coating liquid and an internal reactor arranged in the external reactor. The internal reactor is smaller than the external reactor so as to demarcate a space between the internal reactor and the external reactor. This device also includes a pump system for circulating the biomimetic coating liquid. This pump system is arranged so as to operate in the space between the internal reactor and the external reactor. The internal reactor includes a flow rate control system capable of selectively operating for controlling the flow of the biomimetic coating liquid between the external reactor and the internal reactor.
