TIMEPIECE ACCURACY CORRECTION CONTROL DEVICE AND WATT-HOUR METER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute highly accurate clocking operation by using a basic clock (internal clock) used for control of a microcomputer without using a highly accurate quartz oscillator used exclusively for a timepiece or an adjusting circuit of an oscillation frequency.

SOLUTION: A highly accurate external standard clock 3 is used temporarily in primary setting, and a time required for counting the fixed number of the external standard clock 3 is used as a standard time. The counted number of the basic clock 2 equivalent to the standard time is stored in a storage device 1M as the standard time count value 23, and when generating a timepiece clock 13 by dividing the basic clock 2, a reference time count value 11 is corrected by using the standard time count value 23 stored in the storage device.
