PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constructing method of a grounding device preventing deformation of a grounding member compared with direct driving of the grounding member to the ground by forming a grounding member insertion longitudinal hole with a space forming member before installation of the grounding member to the ground, surely bringing the grounding member into contact with a concrete pillar, and capable of constructing the grounding device having lower grounding resistance. SOLUTION: The constructing method of the grounding member is that space forming members 2a, 2b are driven along the concrete pillar 6 embedded in the ground 5, then the space forming members are pulled down to form the grounding member insertion longitudinal hole 8 along the concrete pillar, the grounding member 3 is inserted into the grounding member insertion longitudinal hole, and a conductive member S is poured in a space part formed with the concrete pillar and the grounding member.
