PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from making a misread when braille display is switched on a braille cell (20). SOLUTION: Pins (22) corresponding to points of a raised letter to be displayed among a plurality of pins (22) provided to the braille cell (20) are axially vibrated by a pin driving mechanism (50) using a piezoelectric element (52).
