PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in an endoscope having a relatively large-diameter insertion part, a bending angle is limited by the internal diameter of an observation region and an observation range is narrowed. SOLUTION: An endoscope system comprises a first endoscope 11 having a small-diameter insertion part capable of prescribed bending operation in the observation part and a second endoscope 12 has a large-diameter insertion part where the bending range is limited by the internal diameter of the observation part in comparison with the bending range of the first endoscope 11, and the angle of field of an observation optical system of the second endoscope 12 is made wider than that of the first endoscope 11.
