PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of guiding a recording sheet separated from a fixing rotary body to a specified a conveyance path whatever size the recording sheet has. SOLUTION: This fixing device is provided with a 1st fixing rotary body and a 2nd fixing rotary body which are pressed against each other and rotate, a plurality of separating claws which separate the recording sheet discharged from the press-contact part between the 1st fixing rotary body and 2nd fixing rotary body from the surface of the 1st fixing rotary body, and a plurality of ribs, which guide the recording sheet separated by the separating claws to the specified conveyance path, between two separating claws which are adjacent in the width of the recording sheet, and a 1st and a 2nd rib which are different from each other are included in the plurality of ribs. The 1st rib is provided to the position closer to a conveyance reference for the recording sheet than any other rib and the tip of the 1st rib is formed closer to the tip of the separation claw than any other rib.
