PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which makes further high in sensitivity, particularly in a semiconductor laser wavelength region while maintaining an image reduced in image defects such as ghost not only under normal temperature and normal humidity but also under low temperature and low humidity, to provide a process cartridge having the electrophotographic photoreceptor and to provide an electrophotographic apparatus having the process cartridge.
