PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components of an electromagnetic shock absorber having a mount, and to reduce the manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic shock absorber is provided with a screw shaft 3 rotatably screwed into inside of a screw nut 4 connected to an axle side of a vehicle, a motor 1 connected to the screw shaft 3 and the hollow mount M. The motor 1 is formed by attaching a stator S of the motor 1 to inside of the mount M and rotatably inserting a rotor R of the motor 1 into inside of the mount M. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
