PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a joining force capable of standing high-speed printing at an armature, and moreover to achieve improvement of magnetic characteristics. SOLUTION: A magnetic circuit forming member 11 for forming a magnetic circuit is set at an arm 9 which supports a wire for printing 10. The magnetic circuit forming member 11 is constituted by stacking a plurality of flat plates 36. The arm 9 and the plurality of flat plates 36 are joined to each other by a welding part 38 formed by shining a laser light to outer faces 39a along a direction which intersects the arm 9. The stacked flat plates 36 are joined with a good adhesion, so that the joining force capable of standing high-speed printing can be obtained.
