PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitary footwear in which insoles never get dirty and get wet with rain etc. even when left outside as they are. SOLUTION: At the whole peripheries of the upper outer periphery parts of respective pieces of the footwear, edges which are served as fitting surfaces where the upper and lower pieces of footwear are combined without a gap when the two pieces of footwear making a pair are superposed so as to make insoles face each other with their toes and heels face alternate directions after using are provided to close the inner parts of the footwear so as to prevent entering of dust and rain.
