A unit of leaf springs (5) is joined to a pivotal carrying element (4) with an elastic u-bolt (8). The pressure plate (6), positioned on top of the parcel of springs (5), is encompassed by a rope segment (9) guided through bores in a spring base with threaded lower ends (10). Complementary nuts (13) are screwed to the ends (10) from below, tightening the arrangement. Bolts (11) with an inner thread are positioned between the threaded lower ends (10) and the rope segments (9) in order to reinforce the area.
