Cosmetic and/or dermatological preparation (I) comprises cationic surfactant, creatine and its derivatives and a polymer from guar hydroxypropyl triammonium chloride, quaternized guar derivative, non ionic polyvinyl pyrrolidone/vinyl acetate (PVP/VA) copolymer, anionic acrylate copolymer, or amphoteric amide/acrylate/methacrylate copolymers.
