<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that prints are nonuniform when a cut surface is notched in a double copy function, and only two sides are uniform when cutting is slantly made. <P>SOLUTION: A rotation double copy function is provided, thus setting the cut surface to an image to be the same for all copies. In the rotation double copy function, document image data are printed onto the first screen of a first surface of paper in a first direction, and the document image data are printed onto the second screen of the first surface of the paper in a second direction rotated by 180° from the first direction.
