<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation system, an apparatus, and a device capable of making operation flows for an unhadicapped person and a handicapped person have the same specifications. <P>SOLUTION: A mode switch key 30 for actuating a voice guidance mode is provided as a dedicated key on an image forming apparatus front side of a console panel 11, the mode switch key 30 being a trigger key for the voice guidance mode. When an operator operates the mode switch key 30, the voice guidance mode is actuated, wherein a cursor operation is done by using a ten-key 21 to move a pointer and a key indicated with the pointer in a liquid crystal touch panel 20 is read aloud by a voice generating means such as a speaker, thereby accepting input by a screen key on depression etc., of a determination key. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
