<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle theft preventing system and a theft preventive device for a vehicle in which the user registration in a database outside the vehicle is made inevitable to an additional registration of a normal user and also the update of the immobilizer expiration date is conducted automatically. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle theft preventing system includes an in-vehicle device control device (theft preventive device for vehicle) having a communication function and a communication station (center), wherein the in-vehicle device control device verifies whether the vehicle user is the normal person, acquires the user information of the vehicle user to be registered anew as the normal user, and transfers to the station the user information of the vehicle user to be registered anew when verification of the normal user is admitted, while the communication station stores the received user information in the prescribed memory device and transmits a notification signal to notify that the applicable transmission will be made, to the in-vehicle device control device as the transmitting party, and the in-vehicle device control device makes additional registration anew of the ID code for collation corresponding to the user ID code acquired from the vehicle user to be registered anew when notification signal is received from the communication station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
