<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately report the shortage of a balance by executing payment scheduling and payment monitor. <P>SOLUTION: An estimated balance calculation processing part 1-14 extracts payment schedule data from a money payment/reception schedule data storage part 1-D, and when payment is scheduled, extracts account data from an account data storage part 1-A, and decides whether or not payment has actually been executed. A notification processing part 1-12 performs notification in the case of not only payment failure but also payment completion on the basis of notification conditions acquired from an individual attribute data storage part 1-E.
