DISCHARGE LAMP WITH BUILT-IN LIGHTING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge lamp with a built-in lighting circuit, wherein a thermal fuse is simply and surely brought into contact with a resin case or brought close to it, and softening of the resin case is not easily caused during abnormal heat generation.

SOLUTION: A substrate 300 in which a lighting circuit 200 is assembled is connected to the second electrode of a base 600 in such a manner that one lead wire 261 of the thermal fuse 260 is bonded to the substrate 300, and the end part side of the other lead wire 262 which is on the opposite side to the thermal link 260 is extracted to the outside of a tube part 520 to hold it between the tube part 520 and the second electrode 620.
