<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a process latency in a process and to prevent occurrence of a wasteful work. <P>SOLUTION: In a pit 2, ordering information extracted from a DB 90, a process input sequence plan drafted by a process input sequence planning device 84, and input sequence constraint information extracted from a DB 92 are written in the data carrier 3 of an automobile 1 by a reader/writer 52. When the readers/writers installed in a conveying inlet and a conveying outlet of each step read the information of the data carrier 3, process passage information and buffer stay information are created, the planning device 84 calculates the number of the automobiles staying in each buffer. The planning device 84 specifies a necessary process at each automobile conveyed into the pit 2, makes the processing latency into shortest, and drafts the process input sequence plan to follow the processing sequence constraint. The process input sequence is displayed on a display device 80, and displayed by a display/determination device installed in the conveying outlet of the process pit of each process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
