<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus which is obtained by connecting a memory device which allows a user to operate a plurality of kinds of electric appliances, to the electric appliances which are operated by the user with the use of the memory device, and to provide the memory device, and the electric appliances. <P>SOLUTION: A PC card 1 (memory device) having an operation part 14 is connected to a liquid crystal TV 2 (electric appliance). Operation information corresponding to the operation of the liquid crystal TV 2 is acquired from the liquid crystal TV 2. An operation indication corresponding to the acquired operation information is set in the operation part 14 and the operation indication received by the operation part 14 is transmitted to the liquid crystal TV 2.
