<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization of a circuit and reduction in power consumption without reducing reception performance by a spatial diversity. <P>SOLUTION: An OFDM signal received by an antenna ANT 1 is converted into the signal of a first band by an RF mixer 36a. An OFDM signal received by an antenna ANT 2 is converted into the signal of a second band by an RF mixer 36b. In a poststage block 40, an adding circuit 42 adds signals outputted from a first prestage block 30a and a second prestage 30b, and after conversion into a low band frequency of an IF mixer 44, an ADC circuit 50 performs A/D conversion. In a first processing system block 52a, a BPF circuit 54a extracts a signal of a band equivalent to the first band from a signal outputted from the ADC circuit 50, and a BPF circuit 54b extracts the signal of a band equivalent to the second band.
