<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a print request from a terminal even in local connection such as the IEEE 1284, IEEE 1394, USB or the like in addition to a terminal connected to a network. <P>SOLUTION: A client 100 imparts a keyword stored in a keyword storage part 104 to print data by an impartment part 105, and sends the print data imparted with the keyword to a print server 120. The print server 120 extracts the keyword from the printing-requested print data imparted with the keyword by an extraction part 122, decides whether it is a keyword allowing print execution or not, and a sheet number permitted with the printing, sends a command to a decided decision result, to the client 100, and outputs the printing-requested print data to a printer by use of an external output part 127 when the decision result is that it can be printed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
