<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which the injection molding of a lid with an injection molding machine is made unnecessary by making the well-known extrusion blow-molding method for manufacturing a jar container as a base. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the jar container composed of thermoplastic synthetic materials, a jar container body 2 is blow-molded with a mold for blow-molding, this container body 2 is composed of a jar container body 3, a bottom section 4, a rim section 6 along this jar container body 3 in the height of the opening edge section 7 of the jar container 8 to be manufactured and a closed lid 9, and provided with an intermediate ring section 10 between the rim section 6 and the lid 9 for inserting a blow mandrel and a contact strip 11 for forming electric connection between the inside face 12 and the antistatic surface 13 of the jar container body 2 in finish blow-molding. After the removal of the mold, the intermediate ring section is separated by being cut and the lid is fixed in the rim section 6 of the jar container body 3 by using a snap ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
