PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring device capable of easily re-displaying a screen with the same screen structure as the one displayed on a display device 16 and alleviating a load of an operator.

SOLUTION: A screen request information recording means 17, when a screen recording request is received from the operator at the time of displaying a plurality of screens on the display device 16, creates screen request information for storing its display state and stores it in a screen request information table 18. A screen request display means 19, when there is a display request of the screen of the stored screen request information from the operator, retrieves the stored screen request information from the screen request information table 18 and performs a display request of the screen of its display state to an operator input/output processing means 14.
