PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination control fitting, dispensing with an additional stop ring for axially fastening both metal fitting parts for a backrest of an automobile seat. SOLUTION: The metal fitting part 2 connected to a seat part and the metal fitting part 3 connected to the backrest are relatively rocked round the rocking axis 14, an external tooth cut part 4 and an internal tooth cut part forming a rocking gear device are influenced by an eccentric ring means 11 rotating round the rocking axis, the eccentric ring means 11 is driven by an entraining body composed of a fitting entraining boss 17 and a metallic entraining disk 18 not rotated in relative thereto and having an entraining finger 21 entraining the eccentric ring means 11. The entraining boss 17 is provided with a center cutout 28 for receiving a driving rod, not shown, and a collar 17.2 fastening both metal fitting parts in the axial direction on one side of the inclination control fitting 1.
