PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated storage and retrieval warehouse for allowing efficient picking work after retrieval. SOLUTION: The automated storage and retrieval warehouse 1 comprises racks 4, 5 for storing pallets 2 sectioned into a plurality of storage sectional regions on which a plurality of articles are loaded, a stacker crane 3 for carrying the pallets 2, a storage/retrieval station 9 having a turn table 8 on which the pallet 2 to be stored or retrieved is placed, and a control device 10 for controlling the operation of the turn table 8. The turn table is rotated so that the specified storage sectional region out of the plurality of storage sectional regions for the pallets 2 is located facing an operator working in the storage/retrieval station 9.
