PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector electrically connecting an IC module using a ball grid array mounting method and a circuit board. SOLUTION: The electric connector has an insulation housing which is practically a rectangular jointing structure, and a plurality of conductive terminals are arranged in the insulation housing. Each conductive terminal is composed of a main body part, a leg part formed so as to extend from one end part of the main body part, and an elastic arm formed so as to extend from the other end part of the main body part, and an arc-shaped part protruding toward the circuit board is arranged at the neighboring part of a free end part of the elastic arm. When the arc-shaped part of the conductive terminal is pressed against the IC module, the arc-shaped part of the conductive terminal surrounds a contact ball of the IC module, and by the above, a stable electric connection of the IC module and the conductive terminal can be obtained.
