PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a quantity of attenuation of a signal in a twin-coaxial cable 1 by reducing transmission loss in the twin-coaxial cable 1, even when transmitting a signal in a high frequency band by the twin-coaxial cable 1. SOLUTION: This cable core is equipped with a conductor 3, a coating layer 5 provided on the peripheral surface of the conductor 3 by extrusion molding and provided with a coating layer body 7 in a round pipe shape and a spiral pleat 9, and an outer core layer 11 in a round pipe shape.
