PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a header tank of a heat exchanger having a function for uniformly distributing a cooling refrigerant to each tube and reducing man-hour in manufacturing the header tank and the cost for components. SOLUTION: A first tank part 11A having a refrigerant diversion groove 101A and a second tank part 11B having a refrigerant diversion groove 101B have a structure having a refrigerant diversion pipe part 101 along the longitudinal direction by joining the refrigerant diversion grooves 101A, 101B face-to-face.
