PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of keeping run-out of a side face 31 of a disk 2 within a predetermined range and realizing excellent production efficiency at a low manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: Run-out of the side face 31 of a plurality of disks 2 is measured while not engaged/fixed to a attachment flange 13 and the measured results of respective disks 2 are recorded. Run-out of an attachment face 23 of the attachment flange 13 is measured. The run-out of the attachment face 23 and the run-out of the respective disks 2 are compared and a disk 2 which is appropriate for combining with the attachment flange 13 is selected from the disks 2. Then, the selected disk 2 and the attachment flange 13 are engaged/fixed at a phase in which the run-out of the attachment face 23 and the run-out of the disk2 cancel each other.
