PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head, the laminated structure of which is improved in consideration of matters associated with wiring and mounting and which can wholly enhance applicability such as workability, and a liquid jet apparatus equipped with the liquid jet head. SOLUTION: This liquid jet head 2 is equipped with a reservoir-formed substrate 23 wherein a reservoir part 51 commonly communicating with a plurality of nozzle holes 33 is formed, and a wiring substrate 24 which is joined to one side of the substrate 23; the reservoir part 51 is formed in such a manner that at least the side of the wiring substrate 24 is opened; and the wiring substrate 24 has a closing part 73 for closing the opening of the reservoir part 51.
