PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact flipping play unit which is made preparable invisibly so much around along with excellent trickiness so as to enhance the atmosphere or performance readily. SOLUTION: The finger flipping play unit is constituted of a case 1 made freely applicable on a finger HY by an application means 2 and a winding tape 3 which can be held in the case 1 and is made to pop up into the air from the case 1 by shaking it 1. The case 1 is made of a cardboard and comprises a cylinder part 1A which freely houses a pop-up decoration 3 and a plate-like part 1B which is extended from the cylinder part 1A to be put freely along the finger HY and the application means 2 is made up of a pair of molds 8 fixed on the plate-like part 1B.
