PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a efficiency of transfer processing for a medical imaging control apparatus controlling a medical imaging apparatus for imaging for diagnostic purposes. SOLUTION: The medical imaging control apparatus is equipped with a housing means 122 for housing input examination demanding signals and information, an imaging condition setting means 121a for setting imaging conditions for the imaging by the medical imaging apparatus based on the input information, and a transfer means by which the input examination demanding signals and the information are accumulated in the housing means in a first mode, and a plurality of examination demanding signals and the information accumulated in the first mode are transferred to a mobile terminal together with the corresponding imaging conditions set by the imaging condition setting means in a second mode when the examination demanding signals and information to be transferred are input in the mobile terminal.
