Control devices act on the drive for the attachments and the drive for the feed device (4) so that when the harvested product collector moves from a working/operating position near the ground into an at least partly raised position, at least one considerable reduction in speed of the driven components of the harvested product collector and/or of the feed device is automatically implemented.
