The method involves producing a proof associating time, location and instantaneous speed of movement of a vehicle in road traffic, using an image of type slide show or video. The instantaneous speed is compared with a threshold speed of the location of the vehicle, and a control for a speed regulator of the vehicle is activated when the instantaneous speed exceeds the threshold speed. An independent claim is also included for a video-monitoring method of a vehicle.
