<p>Device for measuring a rotationally symmetrical precision part (11) comprises a carrier (13, 13.1) driven by a control device (12) and having a first angle-measuring system producing signals providing information on the drive-side angular position of the carrier, and a centering element (14) having a second angle-measuring system producing signals providing information on the driven-side angular position of the centering element. Software elements use a comparison calculation based on the drive-side angular position and the driven- side angular position to determine a slip between the carrier and the rotationally symmetrical precision part. Independent claims are also included for: (1) CNC measuring instrument (10) for measuring a gearwheel and comprising the above device; and (2) Process for measuring a rotationally symmetrical precision part using a CNC measuring instrument.</p> |
