To produce a window or door frame (2), a number of profiles (3-6) are placed within a corner bonding machine (1) with four corner bonding units (11-14) at the miters between neighboring profiles. The corner bonding units are moved in relation to each other on intersecting arms (7-10), until all the profiles are locked together by pressure from setting units (16-19) in a positive fit at the units.
