PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a probe cover which enables efficient manufacturing of a probe cover hygienic with excellent use feeling and free from effect on measuring accuracy and a probe cover to be manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 3 covering the outer circumferential surface of a probe of an ear type clinical thermometer is integrated by ultrasonic fusion with a film part comprising a film material 21 spread on an end face of the body 3. The ultrasonic fusion should be done preferably expanding the film material 21. It is preferable to perform the integration of the body 3 with the film part and the cutting of the film material 21 during the fusing operation. |
