PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel delivery service box system, by which various kinds of system information such as the use conditions or delivery conditions of each of delivery service boxes can be easily and surely reported/managed with the high degree of freedom. SOLUTION: This system has an electronic mail preparing part 20 for preparing electronic mail showing delivery to a delivery service box 10, an electronic mail address storage part 21 for storing an electronic mail address for every recipient and electronic mail transmitting part 22 for reading the electronic mail address of the recipient of delivered parcel out of the electronic mail address storage part 21 and transmitting the electronic mail prepared by the electronic mail preparing part 20 to the relevant electronic mail address and the delivery to the delivery service box 10 is automatically reported to the recipient by the electronic mail. |
